Frequently Asked Questions
Can you fully remove pet urine smell?
In most cases yes. Enzyme treatment neutralizes odor at the source. Severe sub-floor contamination may need additional treatment.
Do you treat both carpet and padding?
Yes — our extraction reaches through the carpet into the padding where urine typically soaks.
Will the stain be completely gone?
Most stains are fully removed. Older or set-in stains may lighten but not always fully disappear depending on fiber type.
Is enzyme treatment safe for my pets?
Absolutely. Our enzyme solution is non-toxic and pet-safe once dry.
